UTME Candidates

100 Level Entry

For candidates seeking admission via the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination into any full-time undergraduate programme at LASU.

  • Minimum score of 195 in the 2026 UTME
  • LASU must be your first-choice institution
  • O-Level result uploaded to JAMB CAPS
  • Valid JAMB registration number required

Direct Entry

200 / 300 Level Entry

For candidates with OND, NCE, HND, A-Level, or equivalent qualifications seeking direct entry admission into LASU programmes.

  • Valid JAMB Direct Entry registration
  • LASU must be your first-choice institution
  • Submit hard copies of credentials to Admissions Office
  • Relevant post-secondary qualifications

LASU JUPEB

2025/2026 Participants

Exclusively for candidates who participated in the 2025/2026 Lagos State University JUPEB Programme and have chosen LASU as their first-choice university.

  • Participated in 2025/2026 LASU JUPEB
  • LASU must be your first-choice institution
  • Valid JUPEB result slip required
  • JAMB registration number required

Simple Process

How the Screening Works

Six steps to complete your admission screening.

Step 1
Choose LASU First

Set Lagos State University as your first-choice on JAMB.

Step 2
Verify Eligibility

Confirm you meet the minimum requirements for your category.

Step 3
Login

Log in with your JAMB number and surname.

Step 4
Make Payment

Pay via the dedicated payment link on the portal.

Step 5
Start Screening

Return to the portal, click Start Screening, enter your transaction ID, then supply your personal, O-Level and JAMB details.

Step 6
Check Result

Log in after processing to view your screening outcome.

Before You Proceed — Important Notice

Candidates are required to ensure that Lagos State University (LASU) is selected as their first-choice institution on JAMB before attempting this screening. Applications from candidates who have not chosen LASU as their first choice will not be processed.

If you have already sat for JAMB and LASU is not currently your first choice, please visit any JAMB-accredited CBT centre to effect a change of institution before proceeding with this screening.
